i don't remember , but i think Qs ask why CoNH3 3=( i don't remember whether +3 or +2) is paramagnetic (i don't remeber whether para or diamagnetic ) while CoCl4 2- is (i don't remember para or diamagnetic .ans said because said one is weak ligand so diamagnetic ( i don't remeber whether para or diamagnetic ), can u tell me more details , and i think we should use unpaired d e- to explain , but 2 hv unpaired e- e.g Co3+_ or Co2+ ,so both must paramagnetic
