Title: where can I buy the America black paint?

Does anyone know that where can I buy the paint attached?
The paint is black in colour and America originated.

I don't know why you've attached these not particularly descriptive photos to such an obscure question.  We'd need the label, from the can, at least, and maybe a better description of what the paint is, and why it's special enough to warrant posting in a materials chemistry forum.  ???

Is that the name? "America Black Paint" doesn't really describe it too good except that the paint is black & from  :-\ America....
