Title: Fluid properties for pharmaceutical batch production

Hi

I am a mechanical engineer student, hope you can help me with this one..

Do anyone of you know there I can find a list of typically fluid properties, so I can make an example of a heat transfer calculation, before I get the “real” data.

Something like the enzyme-mass which have to be used when making second generation bioethanol.

The properties I need is:

• Kinematic eller Dynamic viscosity http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Viscosity
• Density http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Density
