Title: chromatograph reading

Okay, I know the color of my substance, I know that it is the last one coming out of the HPLC.  After fluorescence detection, I get a chromatograph, but how do i read it?
I found some sites and it gave me some pictures, but it doesn't make sense.  There are three graphs given with the same time on the bottom. How does that work????

Please describe more you obtained on the chromatogram and also the condition set up of chromatography.
