I suggest we not increase the post count for an individual when posting to the humor page

I am afraid that may require modification of the forum code - ie it is not just a matter of configuring the software.

But idea of ignoring non-chemical parts of the forums is not bad. On pyhisicsforums posts in the General section don't count.
