ABS (Acrylonitrate-Butadiene-Styrene) is the plastic used in Lego blocks.  I'm wondering if the blowing machine referred to is that which is used to 'blow' plastics with trapped air or what not, like styrofoam.  In many cases, the 'blowing' isn't with air, but with a volatile chemical, hence the weird smells from some of those things.  I don't really know what the original poster is asking, though.  IF he's talking about a machine that blows plastics, then we have to wonder whether or not he's asking if the machine is made from ABS or if ABS can be blown.  If he's not talking about a machine that blows plastics, then I have no idea what he's talking about.  This is an excellent example of a near-incomprenensible question that only serves to frustrate both the asker and the answerers because of its ambiguity. :)
