This is just a suggestion –
When an administrator creates a new room like Canonical Chemistry
Populate it immediately with Forum Rules
And maybe put a more in depth explanation of the room

I wasn't sure whether to merge it with the regular staff writer board or make it a seperate board. I'm still not sure actually. We'll just have to see how popular the articles are I guess.
