Title: very tough abrasion resistant water repelant cloth?
Post by: lortech on July 24, 2009, 12:27:29 AM
Looking for something that can take the abrasion of steel wheels with  500-1000 bls of weight on it and wont tear if its driven over with wheels. Something that is easy to clean and can be folded into a roll. Was thinking armid but isn't that raw material that anything chemical including water can leak though?

Also, is Dacron a tough and flexible type of material to be used as a van canopy? Want something to cover my self from adverse weather when working on cars and can be extended from the back of a service van.

I live in Vancouver bc and would like to know a list of suppliers of this material?
