Title: How is this done?

Hi, Guys. I have encountered something on a youtube video and is wondering how it is done.

Can you guys click on the link and forward to 6:22 where they made a fire shape on the ground.
Now my question is " How can I do that SAFELY without setting fire on anything else? "

Some said its pure ethanol, and some said its gasoline.. A simple procedure is appreciated. Thanks.

Looks like isopropanol to me.  Squirt -> light.  Make sure none is on your hands.  Do it on cement or asphalt.
