hi,
i just want to know if it correct to name the H₄P₂O₈ peroxopyrophosphoric acid because we had this in the exam, and i found that the right answer was peroxodiphosphoric acid, but in the exam, i thought that phosphoric acid is H₃PO₄ then the pyro will be 2 ortho - 1 H₂O molecule, so it'll be H₄P₂O₇. then the peroxo of this will be by replacing one O atom by 2 O atoms, and get the H₄P₂O₈. it seems very logic to me!
