Hi every body
Please I have a question below:
Phenyllithium cab be quenched with CO2/H3O to afford benzoic acid in quantitative yield. Explain why?

Ph-Li + CO2/H3O ==> Ph-CO2H (100%)

what is the nucleophile?  what is the electrophile?  how do you think the nucleophile and electrophile might react?
