Title: protein formulations and excipients

In class we're discussing protein stability and formulations of protein drugs.  We were given a list of generic and trade name protein formulations and their excipients.  Where can I look online to find the use of each excipient?  Examples include mannitol, polysorbate 80, and sodium citrate.
