Is there any meaning difference in this 3 terms commonly used in spectroscopy? Spectrum, spectra and spectral. I'm so confused.

Thanks

Spectrum is a singular term, the plural is spectra http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spectrum (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spectrum)

Spectral is "of or relating to a spectrum"
