Title: synthesis of 5-(1H-Pyrazol-4-yl)thiophene-2-carboxylic Acid -----Need your help
Post by: wallysheng on November 19, 2009, 10:04:45 AM
We have a project recently need to synthesize 5-(1H-Pyrazol-4-yl)thiophene-2-carboxylic Acid  for about 10-20grams.
Has anybody done this compound before? Do you have any suggestion or literature for us to refer to?

Thank you!

What about Suzukis or similar with 4-halopyrazole and 5-boronic esters of thiophene-2-carboxylic acid?

Seems that aryl bond is fundamental to making this class of molecule.

How did the difluorobicycle work out - I note it's not on your website?
