Title: What is the open-circuit voltage of hydrogen fuel cell that operates at 1000°C?

Using thermodynamics, what is the open-circuit voltage (i.e. the voltage in the limit of zero current) on a high temperature hydrogen fuel cell that operates at 1000°C?
