Title: Polymerization synthesis of Plexiglass

I have to explain the bond changes happening during the Polymerization synthesis of Plexiglass and show the product(3 repeating units), and am not sure if this is the method of doing it.

So we have methyl methacrylate :

when they merge, is this the product?

Poly(Methyl methacrylate)

• The Carbon – Carbon double bond is broken a free radical is formed.
• This radical has the tendency to gain an additional electron which in turn makes them very reactive.
• This radical attacks the other monomers starting the chain production.
  

I haven't learned much on Polymerization, so i would appreciate any help
