Post by: omer on July 08, 2005, 06:28:51 AM
can someone tell me what is the Ksp of NaCl?

NaCl is so good soluble in water that its Ksp is not tabelarized, but formally you can calculate it from solubility of NaCl and density of its saturated  solution (somewhere between 10 and 50)

All you will find is solubility in g/L.

In such concentrated solutions equlibria are dominated by activity coefficients. Thus (AFAIK) even knowing Ksp you will be not able to calculate anything, as there are no methods to calculate activity coefficients for high ionic strenghts. You can determine them, but that's another story.
