hey! I am doing M.S. (med chem), and have to give a seminar on some topic related to organic chemistry, so could somebody please suggest me a good topic , presentation would be of approx 20 min....

If you're doing med chem, why not pick a disease area, talk about its mechanism of action, talk about the available treatments, and then pick one or two and talk about their development routes (synthesis, challenges, etc...)  Should be easy to get 20 min out of that.
