1. How do we find out if a compound has a coordinate bond?(I know it has to have covalent bond). Is it enough for coordinate bond to have only one pair e-?
2. When difference of elneg equals to 0.4, is it polar or nonpolar? (Our teacher has mentioned something about symmetry)
Can you help me, thanx.

1. Google the exact definition of coordinate bond. I think that the answer is an immediate consequence from definition.
2. First of all make clear to yourself you are talking about polarity of a bond or polarity of a molecule.
