Title: MATLAB code converted to ChemDraw?
Post by: nymbis on January 27, 2010, 02:36:25 AM
So, a math friend and I have this fantastic code that will numerically list/predict the isomers of any carbon chain (up to 15 carbons). I barely understand the math (I'm an undergrad bio-medical biologist) but the chemistry is fantastic! Is there anyway that we can use Chem Draw to draw the isomers rather than Matlab? I.e: feed the matlab code into ChemDraw? Its far out there but worth a shot.  Got any ideas?
