Title: GSI Element 114 study

According to http://panda.physik.uni-giessen.de:8080/indico/contributionDisplay.py?contribId=56&sessionId=1&confId=16 (http://panda.physik.uni-giessen.de:8080/indico/contributionDisplay.py?contribId=56&sessionId=1&confId=16), GSI has found 9 chains of ²⁸⁸114 and 4 chains of ²⁸⁹114.

This is notable for a couple of reasons. First, now all 4 of the element 114 chains from Dubna have been confirmed. Second, GSI observed alpha branching of²⁸¹Ds for the first time. From combined GSI and Dubna data the branching ratio for alpha appears to be similar to ²⁷⁹Ds which has more available data.
