plz i need to know

why hydatid cysts can not be eliminated by the host( human) immune system????

This gives a good explanation and alot of background material. I will be glad to elaborate but I understand that this board uses the Socratic teaching method. I will suggest that you read this article with specific intent to look for immunomodulation, the scientific term for how outside agents activate or suppress a host's immune system.
