Title: Valedictory function / farewell parties

Hi everybody !!

I'm writing an article on the topic " Valedictory functions " for my institute newsletter .
I wish to cover as many institutes as possible ..
Do pitch in with information as to what happens in your institute. DO INCLUDE RITUALS
which you think are unique to your institute . And please provide as much detail as you can.

give me a small about 2-3 line outline ..if possible ..
Ex:1) speech , 2) dance 3) games 4) ..  5).. 6) awarding students ...7) .
