Title: can any one help me with a paper concerning nucleophilicity of amino acids

hi everyone
               i want to perform a nucleophilic substitution of methylthio group (2-methylthiopyrimidin-4-one) with amino acids. my sole information that i can conduct this in basic medium as sodium methoxide. however, i didn't find any paper about such topic. i have looked for it in google scholar and sciencedirect.com and i don't know where i can find such paper?
