How do you extract proteins from mithocondria and the nucleus respectively...General procedure...thx :)

Current Protocols in Cell Biology (http://www.mrw.interscience.wiley.com/emrw/9780471143031/cp/cpcb/toc) would be a good place to look.  For example, chapter 3 is on subcellular fractionation and isolation of organelles.
