Title: Volume of ideal gas is it 22.7/mol or 22.4 L/mol

Volume of ideal gas is it 22.7/mol or 22.4 L/mol? and why there are two seperate values?

Depends on conditions. For example at 25 deg C and 1 atm, volume is 24.4 L/mol.
