Hi,
I have two power adjustable 300 mW spec 785 nm Process Instruments diode lasers for sale. These have 1/cm linewidth and are designed for Raman Spectroscopy. They have electronic shutters and fiber couplers (removable). New they are near $10K and last about 10K hours. Both look and work like new.
