Dear all,
I am trying to find a solvent acid enough to protonate the formate anion. ???
For that I need to know the pKa of formic acid in such solvent.
It should be a very small pKa so that the conjugate base could be strong enough to withdraw a proton from it...
Any ideas?
Thanks
