Title: why is strigolactone easy to broke down in Tris buffer?
Post by: Nui2897 on October 07, 2010, 10:54:02 AM
I am an undergraduate student.
I read a paper shows that strigolactones are easy to broke down in Tris-HCl Buffer(pH8.0).
Why does this happen?

Strigolactone contains a labile ether bond that is easily hydrolyzed.
