Title: Isoelectric point of a protein?
Post by: Chepsy on January 17, 2011, 04:32:41 PM
I have a protein with 700 amino acids. I know the molecular weight and isoelectric point (pI) for the sequence of peptides 1-28 and 29-700. To get the total MW of the protein, I added together the masses of each peptide. How do I get the pI for the protein?
