Title: Polycarbonate ca 5000 g/mol
Post by: FM1979 on March 16, 2011, 03:23:54 PM
Hi evryone,
Hope I am posting in the right section.
I was to purchase some simple polycarbonate with a Mw around 5000. It doesn't have to be monodisperse. I want to do thin coatings with this polymer.
Anybody knows a supplier?

Thanks a lot.

Sigma Aldrich has some polycarbonate of about 6,800 g/mol if that will do.  Just go to their site and search for polycarbonate.

Hi, Thanks. It's a GPC standard, I am afraid it will be expensive and come in small amount. I would need ca 50g to run some coating tests.
What other companies sell polymers at this scale?
