Title: Simple Chem problem

It's been two years since my last chemistry class... so everything is a little fuzzy.  This question is probably embarressingly simple...

Descirbe the proper procedure for transferring 100.0mL of 0.1500m K2SO4 with a volumetric flask.  Please use specific amounts.  Which type of balance should be employed?

and..

Describe the correct procedure for transferring 10.00mL of a liquid reagent using a transfer pipet.

I don't really understand the question.

Do you mean the procedure for how to make a solution of K2SO4?

you'll need to read up on your Q Chem, it's a standard procedure designed to improve accuracy and, if calibration applies with repeated runs, increasing precision.  The steps should be outlined in your text both both the vol. flask and transfer pipet, both are TD, to deliver.
