Hello !
I was dabbling with blueberries in my kitchen
I was wondering if there was a way to stabilize anthocyanin dye to stain keratin or skin safely?
I know that it's unstable in heat and at a high ph ( above 3.2?)
would it be possible to make it into a stable, non toxic-dye in my kitchen?
It's probably not possible, but i just thought I'd ask.
If anyone can do it it's the chemistry heros
thanks!
