Title: Is it cost effective to make bleach?

I work with a pressure cleaning company and we are looking for a way to save some money. Someone suggested making chlorine bleach instead of buying it, so we started looking into it. Now we are trying to figure out which would be the easiest and most cost effective way to do this. Tablets, or a granulated powder? If anyone has any ideas or recommendations on this it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
