Title: Net ionic equations with water as a reactant

Hello,
I am trying to write the net ionic equation between Calcium and water. I think the net ionic equation is...
Ca(s) + H2O(l) => Ca^2+(aq) + 2OH^-(aq) + H2(g)

my question is can I write the net ionic equation this way or should water be written as H+ and OH- ions?

Looks OK to me. While water does contain H+ and OH- from autoionization, their amount is quite low.
