Title: New type of Questions around the forums

I've noticed people have been asking us to check their answers more and more lately. I'm not sure this is a valuable use of forum staff and members time. What do you think about the matter.

If we (and everyone else) stop answering these questions, there will be no new forum users. If we create new Homework Questions forum and move these questions there, there will be no traffic in old forums. So I think the best solution is to leave it as it is for now, and reevaluate situation later. Once there will be really high traffic both due to homework and due to other questions - then it will be worth to split forums.

split the high school section?

essentially, these posts are not only at the correct section, they are all running on the same forum software. regardless what sections they are in, they will still be 'eating' the same amount of software resources.
