Title: How does propanone react with H2SO4?
Post by: pixie on October 18, 2005, 05:10:16 PM
How does propanone react with H2SO4? does it form the secondary alcohol?

And What about 2-hydroxypropanoic acid with H2SO4? does only the hydroxy part react?

And what is the reaction of H2SO4 with an N-substituted amide?
