Title: ClO4- Ion Lewis Dot and Resonance Structures

Hello,

I have to write out the lewis dot structure and the resonance structures for the ClO4- ion.

Could you please tell me how to do this, or point me to a web site where I can look up the configuration of ions and molecules?

do you know the basic rules in drawing/guessing covalent structure?
