A hydrocarbon compound contains 80.1 percent C and 19.9 percent H and has a molecular weight of 90 g/ml. I came up with a molecular formula of C5H12,
Does that sound correct? sorry those numbers are suppose to be subscripted.

Calculate the molecular weight of the molecule you surmised and you'll find out if you're right or not. ;D
