Title: Cure for synchrotron boredem
Post by: two39plutonium on November 01, 2005, 03:32:08 AM
BOO!

Happy Halloween fellow radiochemists.  Does anyone have a cure for excruciating boredem during long tedious experimental shifts?  So far I have missed the Sox winning the World Series, an entire weekend, and am trick-or-treating at a beamline.  The tricycle races around the ring aren't as fun by myself, but the little annoying bell on the handlebars keeps me entertained.  I think I can hear the x-rays...shh.  Luckily this is fantastic looking data, and it will all be over in 5 hours!

Besides posting this I did answer a few unanswered posts here Mitch.  Just being a good web citizen.

See you all in Hawaii!
