Title: Silver and mercury interactions
Post by: ZlVal on March 08, 2012, 03:12:25 PM
Hi

I'm new here I seek for little help.

Do you know if mercury(Hg) inorganic ions interact with silver(Ag+) ions in human body?

I have mercury poisoning and I'm on chelation therapy with Alpha lipoic acid, a potent mercury chelator.
I'm wondering is there any problem if I drink 250 ionic silver solution(10ppm)?
Do they interacts each other?

Any opinions are appreciated and will be in great help for me.

Thank you

Arkcon, why locked my other post.

I just would like to know the chemistry behind mercury and silver. I don't seek for medical advice. It very impolitely by your side to do this.  I just wanted to know if mercury interacts(oxidizes or something else) with silver ions.

This forum is working for people. Why suppress my free speach?  :(:(:(

Arkcon explained quite precisely why your other thread was locked.

Free speech means you can start your own forum and write there whatever you want. When you come to our forum, you have to follow our forum rules (http://www.chemicalforums.com/index.php?topic=33740.0).

You already stated that you plan to ingest silver solution. Short answer is - no. Long answer is - don't.
