Could someone please answer the question below?

The mass spectrum of the molecular ion of trichloromethane at natural isotopic abundance comprises four equally spaced peaks. Explain why this should be and predict the relative intensities of the peaks.

What are the natural abundances of the isotopes of the atom in that molecule?
