Title: Sn1 or Sn2 reactions with 2-bromo-2-butene

How would you expect 2-bromo-2-butene to react under both Sn1 and Sn2 reaction conditions?  This question is giving me difficultly, if anyone knows the answer it would help me tremendously. Thanks!
