Title: HNMR and CNMR Explanation - quick

Hi,

I am organizing a tutorial for an NMR class.

I was looking for an easy way (2-3 sentences) to explain how one generates an HNMR and CNMR spectrum? Ie: How come some signals appear more downfield or upfield, and using the words paramagnetic and diamagnetic to describe obtaining spectrum.
