Title: I need help with the abbreviation FPU/g

Please, who knows what FPU/g stands for? It relates to enzyme loading.

You're going to love this one - it stands for "filter paper unit" and has to do with the amount of sugar released by an enzyme acting on the cellulose in a solution made from a measured strip of filter paper.
