how to calculate the ppm of ammonia in the fumes emanating from aqueous 2% ammonia solution at ambient temp and pressure.

Please find formula for Henry's law - it combines concentration with the pressure, that's all you need to solve the problem. You will need a Henry's constant, but it should be not difficult to Google.
