Title: reaction between carboxylic acid with acetylide anion

hey does not anyone know where to find the reaction between reaction between carboxylic acid with acetylide anion

i tried books which i have but not luck
can anybody help please?

Hey, this is impossible to answer unless you give us a few more details.
As you have asked the question it is an acid/base reaction. You will get the anion of the carboxylic acid, the carboxylate and acetylene gas.

acetylide anion is acting as lewis base because it has an extra pair of electron
