Title: Help in what makes up this glow in the dark powder

Was wondering what Alkaline Rare Earth Metal Silicate-Aluminate Oxide Europium Doped glow in the dark powder is made up of. Would also like to know of some wholesale places that sell the chemicals involved in this. Thanx
