Title: why enthalpy remain constant in throtling process???

temperature decreases in throttling process so enthalpy should also decrease.

Does temperature decrease permanently? When the temperature has decreased, some sort of energy is gone... Is it gone somewhere, or does it vanish? Is the other form of energy permanent?
