I am taking a course in academic writing, and for our last paper we are to craft a good argumentative essay. I would like to do something from my own field. I will work on this paper for five weeks, revising my outline twice, revising my draft twice, and finally submitting the final essay.
Now, we've all heard that a good argumentative paper has a controversial topic, but I can't really come up with any good ones. Does anyone here have any topic suggestions? The paper will be 700 ± 10 % words, and minimum four scholarly sources are required.
